Terms and conditions for flower deliveries
We accept orders especially via e-mail, fax, post, or personally in the shop. We receive the major part of orders over our website. Flowers and other products chosen for:FLOWER DELIVERIES IN PRAGUEwill be delivered anywhere in Prague during all 7 days of the week. After the price is agreed including the transport charges the delivery is available to different towns within the Prague environs
If the flowers are required to be delivered anywhere throughout the Czech Republic – we advise to send the order at least  2 work day prior the desired delivery date. The flower offer is to be found in the: DELIVERIES THROUGHOUT THE CZECH REPUBLIC section. In case your order is urgent, we advise to send an inquiry first onto:kvetiny@winkler.cz.
If you wish the flowers to be delivered ANYWHERE WORLDWIDE - we advise to place your order at least 2 work days prior the delivery date. You can find this offer in the: WORLDWIDE FLOWER DELIVERIES section. In case your order is urgent, we advise to send an inquiry first onto:kvetiny@winkler.cz .
In case a written order is placed do not forget to note down your congratulation text or any message you wish the recipient to get together with the bouquet. On our website the card is added to the flowers free of charge.
We deliver our flowers all across Prague from Monday to Sunday. Delivery charge is 200,- CZK per a single delivery, which means even delivery of more bouquets together or when some sweets are added as well.
Flowers ordered for delivery outside Prague all across the Czech Republic are delivered from Monday to Friday.
For deliveries outside Prague ordering the delivery for morning or afternoon times is available. Deliveries outside Prague are not performed Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. In case your order is placed on a date the delivery is not performed to the address specified, the delivery will proceed on the nearest delivery date possible.
Flowers ordered for worldwide delivery are delivered from Monday to Friday and you can choose from morning or afternoon time for the delivery. No worldwide deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. In case your order is placed on a date the delivery is not performed to the address specified, the delivery will proceed on the nearest delivery date possible.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders from abroad shall be paid by credit cards only!
Credit cards– you can complete all the information concerning your credit card in a security SSL zone on our website and the value for the order will be pre-authorized and then authorization process will be completed. E-mail or fax orders are also available to be authorized safely (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX)
Credit cards – you can pay directly in our shop (EUROCARD, MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, JCB) or by postal order onto our address = Květinářství Na Poříčí 6, 110 00 Praha 1, the payment must be transferred before the delivery date as planned.
Online payment via Raiffaisenbank
The payment can be performed directly on our website by clicking on the eBANKA payment button
By bank transfer onto an Raiffaisenbank account – 271154001/5500. In case of an e-mail order the arranged price for the flower delivery should be transferred in eBANKA. Please specify the required delivery date as the variable symbol (YYYYMMDD).
In cash – payment is also available in cash in advance directly in our shop.
By INVOICE – payment by invoice is only available for a long term contractual customers or after a telephonic conversation. Bank transfer follows after sending the invoice – tax document.
In case of emergency especially when the speed is required we are willing to a “gentleman agreement” concerning the payment after the delivery. But this only happens very rarely and it is not a standard procedure.
We accept all orders when the following conditions are met:
The customer accepts and agrees on the following conditions when ordering the flower delivery
1) FLORIST SHOP is not responsible for any delivery delay or cancellation if the customer informed the company of incorrect or incomplete personal data, i.e. recipient’s address or the credit card validity etc.
2) The design of some of the arranged flowers can be slightly different to images on the
website. We use mostly the kind of material that is specified on the website, possibly the material available in stock for orders. That is why we reserve the right to replace the flowers and any decorative material by similar, possibly very close kinds of the same quality and looks, especially of the same price as ordered by client.
3) The supplier is not responsible for a delay of the delivery to the recipient for reasons such as inaccurate orders (e.g. incorrect or non-existent name or address of the recipient, wrong credit card number etc.) or absence of the recipient at the address stated in the order.
3h)
In case the customer wants to order the product marked as an add-on, or bouquest with less than 7 roses, he/she will be charged additional 200 CZK. Please, keep this additional charge in mind when placing the order for such products. Further steps are explained in "DELIVERY FEE" section.
In case this additional charge is not paid, your order will be cancelled and money given back to the customer. Above mentioned products could be ordered with additional delivery fee, but delivery could be done in Prague only.
4)All orders that are carried out from other countries than the Czech Republic are only payable by credit card.
COMPLAINT – the customer is advised to check the delivery when the delivery is performed. No later complaints concerning the number or kind of the product delivered are relevant. Possible later complaint of an inconvenient delivery or quality is only applicable in KVĚTINÁŘSTVÍ WINKLER, Na Poříčí 6, 110 00 Prague 1 within 24 hours since delivered.
6) Our company is not responsible for any delivery delay caused by strikes, natural disasters or other possible matters that cannot be influenced.
7a) Price for flower delivery in cities where there are our partnering florists is not changeable if the flowers are chosen from the “deliveries throughout the Czech Republic” category. We cannot deliver any products which are chosen from caregory the 'SWEETS TO PRAHUE' outside Prague.
7b) If the customer orders flowers from a different category than “deliveries throughout the Czech Republic” an additional handling charge of 300,- CZK will be added for delivery. The contractual partners sometimes do not have the entire assortment offered by our shop in stock, so the flowers are replaced by a different kind. The customer agrees to this condition when the order is sent. If you wish the delivery outside Prague, we strongly advise to choose flowers from the “flower deliveries throughout the Czech Republic” category, so that your order is handled with a complete satisfaction.
7c) Our partnering florist shops outside Prague do not provide any products of the SWEETS category!
7d) Flower deliveries outside Prague provided by our partnering florist shops is only available from Monday to Friday. No Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Morning and afternoon time differentiation applies.
8a) Florist Winkler reserves the right not to proceed with the order and leave the flowers undelivered if the order does not consist of the information which is incorrect or incomplete and therefore the delivery is impossible
8c) Cancellation orders – charges:
The amount due is deducted by 30% of a cancellation charge in case the order being cancelled by the client less than 7 days prior the planned delivery date.
The amount due is deducted by 50% of a cancellation charge in case the order being cancelled by the client less than 4 days prior the planned delivery date.
The amount due is a full price (cancellation charge) in case the order being cancelled by the client less than 2 days prior the planned delivery date.
8d)  In case the flower shop refunds an amount for the ordered flowers without the order being cancelled for the reasons of the flower shop, a handling fee of CZK 200 is deducted due to bank transfer expenses. The amount is deducted when the amount is being transferred, or is being paid by eBank (paid by the bank), or when being paid by the credit card. This amount is only deducted in case the order is cancelled by the customer or wrong category is selected (throughout CR, In Prague), minimum number for delivering roses is ignored, sweets are ordered without the flowers, etc.
9) The prices of deliveries can differ on public holidays or festivals i.e. St.Valentine’s day or Christmas depending on the seasonal prices of flowers. The selling party is eligible to raise prices for the delivery up to +20%. All deliveries are accounted on the day of delivery.
Data safeguarding statement
Because the e-shop users provide us with a personal or company information during the visit to our shop, the Winkler florist, www.winkler.czprovider, hereby declares that will safeguard the information from any misuse and follow the duties and responsibilities when processing these data provided by the website users, in compliance with the act no. 101/2000 Col., the personal information safeguarding act.
Florist Winkler Co hereby agrees that the users providing their personal information will not suffer any kind of harm to their rights in compliance with the act mentioned above. The provider is obliged to provide all the safety possible against any acquisition, misuse or use of these data by any third party. Florist Winkler Co reserves the right to verify whether the information provided by the user is correct and complete. Any other regulations concerning the personal information safeguarding act, no. 101/2000 Col. are not violated.
Customer sending the order is considered to have read and agreed with the “Winkler Florist Flower Delivery terms and conditions”

In such cases, the customer commits to cover the costs of the return trip and of the second delivery attempt. Even if the recipient does not receive the goods on the second attempt, the goods are considered delivered. In case of a second unsuccesful delivery attempt, the supplier is allowed to devalue the goods. Before doing so, the supplier committs to inform the customer about this fact.
In case of recipient‘s absence, the supplier may leave the goods with a substitute recipient (e.g. with colleagues at work or neighbours). Otherwise, the supplier shall leave the flowers at an alternate place and inform the recipient of the placement of the flowers. If neither of the above options is possible, the supplier shall report to the customer and try to deliver the goods the next weekday (weekday following the first delivery attempt). Credit cards
– you can verify your credit card on our website in the VERIFIED by VISA system (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX) Some credit cards or Visa electron cards are disabled to be used for internet payments by their issuing bank – in case your card is not accepted, please contact your bank!
